May 20, 2024: token locking plan:
- 420,000 RPC to be locked in the coming days for 3 months, leaving 256,903 RPC on hand for airdrops claims/development/marketing/charity
- June 28, all remaining dev/marketing/charity funds will be locked as the second cluster in anticipation . (this detail added to site 2024-05-23 based off of prior telegram discussion) 4 additional locked clusters (325,000 RPC each) of the remaining airdrop and d/m/c tokens will be implemented July 5 upon that unlock. Their locks will be spread 3 months apart.
- Once a cluster is within 2 months of unlocking, it is relocked at the back of the line 17 months out, unless needed to replenish the unlocked cluster.
- Smart contract is created to automatically issue airdrop claims upon a valid signature. Thus, airdrop does not expire, yet unclaimed tokens are locked forever.
May 21, 2024: 420,000 RPC has now been locked for 3 months until Ron Paul's 89th birthday on August 20, 2024. This leaves 256,903 RPC on hand for airdrop claims, development, marketing, and charity.
May 23, 2024: 4chan (mobile) biz footer ad continues, header renewed. pol header and footer ads launched. DEXScreener token ad and trending bar ad launched as well.
May 24, 2024: 4chan mobile header and footer ads added to bant.
May 26, 2024: RP speaks at Libertarian National Convention
May 27, 2024: 4chan mobile ads currently on biz and bant.
May 30, 2024: RandPaulCoin released, 10% airdrop issued to block 15163425 RPC holders at ~0.222 RAND per RPC.
June 3, 2024: Joint RPC RAND ad launched on 4chan biz, bant, pol
July 7, 2024: 1,300,000 OG airdrop tokens have now been locked in 4 sets of 325,000 RPC, unlocking Nov 20 2024, Feb 20, May 20, and Aug 20 2025 (3 months apart). They will be relocked as necessary. This is part of the initiative to safeguard airdrop reserves while still saving it for original RPC holders.
